well, long time no see on the blog here. it’s been just about two years since I’ve made a post (oops.. :D), I’m not quite sure how time slips by so fast but I’d like to try to get this rolling again and start posting more often. I have a very strong tendency to be a perfectionist in most everything that I do, it’s very all or nothing with me a lot of the time.. so I guess these past two years on this blog have been the “nothing” version of that haha.
but I’m feeling incredibly inspired and renewed as I’ve gone through a lot of positive shifts in my life since then, so I want to start sharing more with you all again. without further ado..
a few weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful woman below named annie, she contacted me wanting to get some new creative headshots and photos for her acting career. I love working with fellow creatives, or people that just want to make art together. annie gives off such a classic victorian vibe in these photos, especially with her lovely porcelain skin. such a beauty <3
we also caught some gorgeous vibrant fall colors, autumn in maine is pretty perfect.
thanks so much for viewing – make sure to subscribe to my mailing list to the right if you want to stay up to date on my posts.
now that winter is here I’m so excited to create some new magical snowy photos, so keep an eye out for that too.. =)

On Friday Davina and I met up with Christine, a fellow artist and new friend, so that we could adventure around the city and take photos. We went to Regent’s Park, which Davina and I had gone by previously but didn’t really go in to explore. It was so magical; filled with flower gardens, archways, people scattered everywhere picnicking, sunbathing, and enjoying one another’s company. We all had such a lovely day filled with instant bonding, laughter, delicious food, and discussing our love for offensive humour. It’s such an amazing feeling discovering fellow creatives that you just immediately share a connection with.
A couple of weeks ago Mia and I had a wintry photoshoot, which I am super excited about because it was my first “real” shoot that I’ve had since working my way off of crutches. I can’t tell you how amazing it feels to be able to go adventuring again. (P.S. I’ve officially been off crutches for about 5 weeks now!).
I’ve also been really obsessed with making new custom Lightroom presets for my shop as of late, and the one that I made while editing this set is by far my most favorite one yet. I have been using it on *everything*. It is called “Ice Queen”, and you can find it here in my Etsy shop ♥. Below is a before and after; the before is SOOC (aside from skin retouching), the after has “Ice Queen” applied, and that is all!
The rest of the images in this post were all edited solely with “Ice Queen” as well
