well, long time no see on the blog here. it’s been just about two years since I’ve made a post (oops.. :D), I’m not quite sure how time slips by so fast but I’d like to try to get this rolling again and start posting more often. I have a very strong tendency to be a perfectionist in most everything that I do, it’s very all or nothing with me a lot of the time.. so I guess these past two years on this blog have been the “nothing” version of that haha.
but I’m feeling incredibly inspired and renewed as I’ve gone through a lot of positive shifts in my life since then, so I want to start sharing more with you all again. without further ado..
a few weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful woman below named annie, she contacted me wanting to get some new creative headshots and photos for her acting career. I love working with fellow creatives, or people that just want to make art together. annie gives off such a classic victorian vibe in these photos, especially with her lovely porcelain skin. such a beauty <3
we also caught some gorgeous vibrant fall colors, autumn in maine is pretty perfect.
thanks so much for viewing – make sure to subscribe to my mailing list to the right if you want to stay up to date on my posts.
now that winter is here I’m so excited to create some new magical snowy photos, so keep an eye out for that too.. =)

In mid-October my beautiful sister Davina and I had a mini-shoot in my back yard, while the Fall foliage was still in full effect. This was shortly after I had broken my leg, so it felt really wonderful to get outside and take some photos after being cooped up in the house for 2-3 weeks. I love that Davina is becoming more confident as the days go by, and growing in to herself. I’m so proud of her =).
While we were outside taking photos, the adorable little kitty that lives next door came to visit us and hang out for a bit. Every time I’m outside she always runs over, she is the sweetest thing ever.
I just noticed that I posted this on a tuesday and I meant to post it on a wednesday.. I’m a bit off with my days ;).
if you have ever seen my bedroom/closet then you might know that I have a slight obsession with clothes.. it’s a bit of a problem. however, this means that I will be bringing more fashion related posts to my blog!
now, I want to put a disclaimer out there and let you know that I am in no way claiming to be a fashion ~~guru~*~*, I just really want to share some fun outfits with you guys and potentially find people who are as obsessed with cute clothes as I am ;). now, on to the outfit!
- headband: vintage scarf from my grandmother
– top: thrifted
– skirt: forever 21
– shoes: forever 21
something simple and fun to celebrate the fact that spring is here!
which means getting to wear pants less often – yesssssssss (I personally kind of hate wearing pants).
what are your favorite pieces of clothing?
until next time <3.
